Together, you build practical strategies for time, focus, planning and emotional regulation that suit the way your brain works.
When ADHD gets in the way of being productive, plan, organise, manage time, focus and regulate emotions, it can feel like you’re missing a piece of the puzzle. The answer isn’t another calendar, tool or app. It’s a way of working that fits you.

ADHD Coaching focuses on generating awareness, designing actions for the things that make a difference and creating your life that fits who you are and who you want to become.
A pressure-free chat about what you want help with and whether the program suits you.
Carolyn helps you map your strengths, values, needs, self-saboteurs, talents and learning style.
You set goals for the length of your program, plus longer-term goals for continued growth.
In each session, you design actions that suit how you work, try them out, and adjust what doesn't stick.
Three months after you finish, a bonus session reviews your progress and helps you keep going.
You may be able to. The Australian Government’s JobAccess service runs the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF), which helps eligible people with disability and mental health conditions pay for support they need at work. Eligible clients can put $1,770 of funding towards ADHD coaching.
You may be eligible if you are:

ADHD coaching helps you understand where you are and supports you in taking action to create change. You and your coach build awareness and work on practical skills, habits, and goals, such as planning, prioritising, starting tasks, managing your energy, and regulating attention and emotions.
Therapy with a psychologist or counsellor treats mental health conditions and can explore the “why” by looking more deeply at past experiences to facilitate healing in the present.
Coaching does not diagnose ADHD. Many of Carolyn’s clients also see a psychologist, psychiatrist, or GP, and coaching works well as part of multimodal care.
No. Carolyn works with adults who have a diagnosis and adults who suspect they have ADHD. If you are still exploring a diagnosis, coaching gives you practical support in the meantime.
You can choose 6, 12 or 24 weeks. Twelve weeks is the most popular option and supports your brains process for change. Coincidentally, it is almost the same amount as the JobAccess funding.
Yes. Most sessions run on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in Australia. In-person sessions are available in Perth, WA.

Yes. Carolyn coaches clients in New Zealand and has worked with clients in the US and Canada. Funding options differ outside Australia.
You talk through what’s getting in your way, what you want to change and how coaching works. There’s no pressure to sign up; actually, it’s Carolyn’s policy not to book a program from the first call because she knows about ADHD and impulsivity. You go away with a clear next step, whether it’s to consider coaching with Carolyn or something else entirely.
