Resources

I think you'll agree that there is a lot to learn about ways to live an organised life while living with ADHD.

There is also a lot of generalised information that can be unclear or give an over-simplistic view of the experience of disorganisation and ADHD challenges. Here I have curated some essential ADHD resources, information and trusted links to support your well-being, neurodiversity, business and organised life.

Decluttering &Organising

Where to Begin

Find a Professional Organiser

Although we can achieve significant results in decluttering and organising your home through Organising Coaching, you may decide that you need hands-on support to achieve your goals.

Outside the Box Organisation Solutions no longer provides this service, so you should seek a qualified Professional Organiser to assist you. After you have wiped the slate clean, we can begin your coaching journey to establish new systems and behaviours.

The IOPO Find an Organiser Directory is the best place to find someone in your area across Australia and New Zealand.

Support & Diagnosis

For people with ADHD

Clinical Guidelines

Getting the right support for your ADHD can make a world of difference. ADHD Coaching is one part of developing a multi-disciplinary team so you can create a life that fits. Begin by understanding more about diagnosing and treating ADHD from the world’s most up-to-date clinical practice manual. The AADPA Australian Evidence-Based Clinical Guideline For ADHD has been developed for professionals who diagnose, treat and support people with ADHD. Suppose you love lots of detail and medical lingo. In that case, the Clinical Guideline will give you a significant head start on learning what type of care to expect from professionals.

For those who want to cut to the chase and get the essence without reading the 202 pages of goodness, try this fabulous ADHD resource – The ADHD Consumer Companion Guide. The consumer’s guide is designed to give you critical information from the Clinical Guidelines in an easy-to-understand and accessible way. A much more digestible 31 pages.
