Balance, Wellness and Staying Organised!

Increase your wellness stay in balance.

Real life lessons of hitting the brick wall from Carolyn.

Over the holidays I hit a brick wall that stopped me in my tracks which made me realise to enjoy my life and achieve my goals I need to create more balance and increase my level of wellness.

This inspired me  to create Brick Wall Wisdoms and to share them with you. I hope you find some great insights that can help you recover quickly if you happen to hit a brick wall over the coming months.

These are my lessons from hitting the wall and realising that if I was stronger than the wall I may still hit it but it may not hurt as much. This is going to be a very special ongoing discussion for 2014.
Now that a routine is starting to creep back into our weeks and months we can start to think about how to be the absolute best version of ourselves in 2014.

Welcome to our first Brick Wall Wisdoms Blog which we will share the wonderful wisdom of Terrie Beresford from New Age Naturopathics who was essential in my recovery from Hormone imbalance’s several years ago. Terrie has a holistic treatment approach that takes in to account the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual elements of wellness.

From Terri –

Prevention is Better Than Cure
Is it not better to prevent yourself from getting sick by living a life of wellness than to get sick and then try to get better? Your goal should be wellness! Living a life of wellness improves health, energy and wellbeing, whilst reducing the risk of developing chronic disease. Wellness promotes positive health, and positive health promotes a healthy mind, body and spirit.

When Was The Last Time You Took Time Out To Relax?
Taking regular time out to relax is also vital for wellness. Relaxation activities, such as yoga, meditation or simply taking time out to read a book or spend time with family or friends, will increase the levels of chemicals in your brain that make you feel happy.

Visit the Facebook page for more quick tips and hints from Terrie and I.

We would love to hear how you are being stronger than the wall leave us a comment at the end.

With Infinite Peace and Gratitude from,

Carolyn
