  2. Personalised Onboarding: Once we agree on a coaching timeframe, you’ll complete a detailed Intake Form. This helps us tailor our sessions for maximum effectiveness from day one.

  3. Ongoing Support & Progress Tracking: Between our sessions, you’ll have access to a dedicated online portal. This is where you’ll find your strategies and action plans, along with a fortnightly coaching prep form to share your reflections, successes, and any roadblocks you encounter. You’ll also use it to set the agenda for our next session.

  4. Building Your Personal Toolbox: Over the weeks, we’ll track your progress, refine strategies, capture your new insights and build a personalised “toolbox” of resources. This bespoke collection will remain accessible to you even after our coaching concludes, empowering you to maintain your momentum and continue growing independently.
