Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. And that’s what the Positive Intelligence Program empowers you to do.

Here’s How It Works

Daily Practice

Build stronger mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized to fit your busy schedule and customised based on how you self-sabotage.

Weekly Focus

Weekly training sessions will help you explore the week’s focus. Find the inspiration and energy to practice during the week to sustain the benefits experienced during the video sessions.

Measurable Progress

As you build the three core muscles of mental fitness, the app gives you a visual way to see your progress instantly. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within eight weeks.

Community & Coach Support

I’ll be your coach guiding you each week, and you’ll be part of a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new positive habits of the mind.

Eight-Week Program

Stop the cycle of urgency mode and burnout

Build your foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).

Week 1

Energize Your Sage Brain

Develop your ability to quiet the Saboteur region (the survival region) of your brain and amplify the Sage region (the Task Positive Network region). You will find more focus using short, simple daily exercises rather than allowing your Saboteur-hijacked brain to run the show.

Week 2-3

Saboteur Interceptor Muscle

Saboteurs generate all your negative emotions, including stress, anxiety, self-doubt, anger, avoidance, procrastination, insensitivity or discontent. Mental fitness determines the ability to catch the Saboteurs. For those with ADHD, building mental fitness opens the door to being at choice with your actions.

Week 4-6

Sage Muscle

Your Sage is the one in you who handles challenges with a clear and calm mind and positive emotions. It also has access to your five primary powers. You learn to boost all five powers for peak performance and know when to use which power.

Week 7-8

Awareness Action Learning

Utilise what you built in the first six weeks to address a challenge or explore an opportunity. Two 1:1 coaching sessions provide you with clear actions and support to reach your target goal.

What Makes the PQ Program Different

I’ll be with you every step of the way on your mental fitness journey. Each week we’ll have targeted discussions and coaching to support you to reach your goals.

Focus on Habit Formation

Most trainings result in short-lived improvements. For sustained results, we focus on building neural pathways that form lasting new habits. That’s why we call this “mental fitness.”

Treat Root Cause, Not Symptoms

Our factor analysis research has revealed the foundational root-level enablers and disablers of optimal performance and wellbeing. We rewire the brain at the root cause level.

Develop All Three Core Muscles

Mental fitness requires three core muscles. Saboteur Interceptor, Self-Command, and Sage. Meditation only focuses on Self-Command, which is why it is not sustained by most.

A Platform for Ongoing Growth

Similar to physical fitness, mental fitness is not a short-term training. After the initial six week foundation, unlock a variety of work and life applications to continue your growth.
